The JSPArchitecture Culture:

We are a friendly team of professionals, and we encourage diversity within the work force, whereby project types are spread around the disciplines, ensuring growth of expertise and knowledge for all, across all sectors we work in.

Our workload is diverse, we are working with major private developers delivering mixed use regeneration projects nationally with values up to £35m. We are also working within Sectors such as Higher Education , Housing Associations, Over 50s Housing, Commercial and Industrial, and finally bespoke housing! –

We encourage further educational development across the board – and each year we support staff in furthering their knowledge by such things as CPD, seminars, exhibitions and of course ongoing learning and development in higher education. Support is offered appropriately by the Practice in terms of time and financial support.

We have an effective knowledge sharing protocol, and our more senior members are readily available to offer advice and guidance for further learning.
