Block 2 of the luxury 128 apartment scheme Westbridge Wharf is now complete. This project sets the standard in the regeneration of the ‘Waterside’  as recently launched by Leicester Regeneration Company’s consultative Framework Plan.
 

The project contributes to a new skyline for Leicester boasting the urban renewal that is set to re-invigorate the city. The scheme provides a range of apartments from studios to duplex penthouses, situated on a tight site literally on the canal side which was previously occupied by the declining textile industry. The project involved archaeological excavation of both mediaeval and Roman remains and the Roman City wall. The design has sought to exploit the waterside location and generate a high quality urbane street-scape to Bath Lane.
