JS+P ARCHITECTURE Bring Urban Regeneration to Market Harborough.

 JS+P ARCHITECTURE have designed a mixed use scheme of in excess of 300 units and 1,000 sq.m of employment space as part of a ground breaking Urban Regeneration proposal for the town. Approval was granted by Harborough District Council in April 2005.
 

The high quality scheme provides tremendous public realm improvements extending the Millennium Mile (pedestrian and cycle way) to the train station, and the creation of a series of courtyards, some of which are open to the public with riverside walks. The scheme, even at an early stage has excellent sustainable credentials.
