Mixed Use Development St George's North Leicester
JS+P ARCHITECTURE have been commissioned on a major new build scheme within the heart of the "New Community" located in the St. George's Regeneration area of Leicester.
The scheme that would be the first significant new development in this area seeks to deliver the proposals as defined in the LRC Regeneration Master Plan, and will be a catalyst for the surrounding area. The scheme proposals look to provide in excess of 150 residential units of mixed size and tenure of a high quality that relate to the urban streetscape. |
