Proposed  Refurbishment of Thames Tower residential Leicester

JS+P ARCHITECTURE submitted a cutting edge design for the conversion and re-cladding of Thames Tower on the inner ring road. This local landmark built in the 1970’s has never been fully occupied, and proposals seek to transform the building into an office and residential tower. The building will be re-clad to create a new landmark and it will boast unrivalled views across the City and over Leicester's best kept secret, the glorious Abbey Park.
